Yes. Packaging is recyclable and we use carbon-neutral options where available.

Can I return my sunglasses?

Yes — within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Frames must be unworn, in original condition, with case and cloth included.

What if they arrive damaged?

If your frames arrive damaged, email hello@tullyward.co immediately and we’ll make it right.

Do you cover return shipping?

In Australia, we cover exchanges. International customers cover their own return shipping.

Do TULLY WARD sunglasses have a warranty?

Yes — a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

What if I break my sunglasses?

We believe in repair over replace. We offer a paid repair service — email hello@tullyward.co with details.

How do I know if a style will fit me?

Each product page lists frame width, bridge size, and temple length. Not sure? Email us and we’ll recommend the best fit for your face shape.

Do you offer adjustments?

Yes. Bio-acetate is heat-adjustable — any optician can fine-tune the fit.

What is bio-acetate?

A plant-based alternative to petroleum acetate — durable, premium feel, and more sustainable.

Are your hinges durable?

Yes — we use Italian-engineered 5-barrel hinges for longevity and smooth movement.

Can I replace the lenses?

Yes — most qualified opticians can fit replacement Zeiss lenses.
